The location couldn't be more exceptionally nice in the charming Hutong area. It was adjacent to the city center, subway station, and train station, with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

I ate at a really nice restaurant with nice choice of food and drinks. The bedroom was large and had a nice looking shared bathroom. The hotel had a particularly good location minutes from Duke Gui's Mansion...

Every detail was perfectly fine, really enjoyable. the room was extremely pleasant and brand-new with a comfy bed, and we slept very well. - the location was prime and best possible, very close to sites further away and metro station on the main line and easily accessible.

Nice location, it was minute walk from an underground station. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

Staff was rude, hostel is expensive for what they offer - lobby is dark and unwelcoming. I was not satisfied at all and cancelled my further reservations at this hostel.

Great value hotel with a restaurant on-site and incredibly helpful staff. Conveniently located in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and public transportation options. Close to popular attractions like the Temple of Wisdom Attained and easily accessible by subway. Excellent service provided with acceptable value proposition. Most of the staff is friendly, and the open roof is great [to be in and to hang your clothing to dry]. The location is good - Dongchen is a less touristy neighborhood and very convenient to catch different bus lines at either end of the hutong. The showers are spacious.

One of the staff members - the dragon lady - was incredibly rude and offered incredibly bad service. The doors are not designed for hostel rooms - where people sleep. So that every time someone closes a door in some room, it resonates through the wall in the room you are in. At times, it is an orchestra of slamming doors. The service in general is not attentive.

Nothing. The place is very poor and dirty. No internet access. Evry time internet vanishing and very slow speed.

We had such a fantastic experience at this hotel - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were all extremely friendly, accommodating, and spoke fluent English. The rooms were clean and cozy, with all the necessary facilities provided. The location was perfect, situated close to the metro station and within walking distance of the night market and shopping area. There were also plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Nice location. Some of the hotel staff members are extremely indifferent towards clients. In other words, they are not very polite.
